Over the years, I have had many people ask me for a detailed material list. I can understand where they’re coming from. They’re spending a lot of money with me and want to know in further detail what they are getting. They want to understand where their money is being spent and why. But the question remains – do they have the right to request one?
Yes, they do.
But you have the right to decline.
